Kansas election results 2010 for the August primary. Sam Brownback (R) was not seeking Senate re-election after holding the seat for 15 years, while Mark Parkinson (D) was not seeking re-election as governor after holding the seat for one year.

For US Senate Republicans:

Jerry Moran – 50%
Todd Tiahrt - 45%
Tom Little - 3%
Bob Londerholm - 3%

For US Senate Democrats:

Tom Holland - uncontested

For US Senate Republicans:

Sam Brownback - 82%
Joan Heffington - 18%
