Crook Hindi Movie Review | Hit Or Flop ? | Public Opinion About 2010 Movie Crook
After a string of movies together (three of which did well), cousins Mohit Suri and Emraan Hashmi return with Crook: It's Good to Be Bad.
because of his father's criminal record, and hopes to start a good life in Melbourne , Australia Ironically, he uses a fake passport and a fake identity to do so.
Samarth hates Australians as he blames them for the death of his younger sister (Smilie Suri). Suhani, on the other hand, tries to bring Indians and Australians together through her radio show.
Soon after Emraan reaches Australia, racial conflicts break out resulting on fatal casualties on both sides. Samarth gets involved in the conflict, which makes him take up arms openly against the Australians.
Newcomer Neha Sharma should have chosen anything but this film to make her Bollywood debut as the role and the heavy topic calls for a more experienced actor. She looks good, though.
Arjan's character is full of flaws so you can neither like him nor hate him. He tries to do an Arbaaz Khan (Pyaar Kiya Toh Darna Kya) as the no-nonsense over-protective brother. But unlike Arbaaz, he fails.
The film's music is okay especially the songs Mere Bina and Challa Babbu Mann.

Anjaana Anjaani movie Review | Hit Or Flop? | Public Opinion About Anjaana Anjaani Movie

All The Greatest Love Stories Are Between StrangersRating: 3 out of 5*
Starring: Ranbir Kapoor, Priyanka Chopra, Zayed Khan, Tanvi Azmi and others
Director: Siddharth Anand
October 1, 2010 (Sampurn Wire): Director Sidharth Anand has come back with his latest offering that provides a unique take on the generic Rom-coms. Anjana Anjani is not your typical “Boy Meets Girl’ love story; it is unique in its own way. This is a love story between two strangers who meet under unusual circumstances and manage to find love.
NYC boy Akash (Ranbir Kapoor) and Kiara (Priyanka Chopra) are not satisfied with their lives and want to commit suicide. The strangers come across one another during one such attempt and find out that they do not have nerves required to commit the act. So the duo plan to help each other out and become partners in death (sounds corny right?). What ensues is a 20-day road trip that takes the couple all over scenic locales all over America.
The two characters are fed up with life and do not want to live any longer but they end up enjoying each other’s company. Kiara and Akash embark on across-country trip with death as their destination but they find love instead.
The movie is filled with a lot of comic moments, which although predictable but still manage to gather quite a few laughs from the audience. The dance tracks and song sequences are a high point of the movie. The chemistry between Priyanka and Ranbir is fantastic and they complement each other’s acting. The characters are pretty believable and you will surely love the light-hearted fun of Anjana Anjani.

Saradaga Kasepu Telugu Movie Review | Hit Or Flop ? | Public Opinion Of Saradaga Kasepu
Driver Ranga Babu (Allari Naresh) is the childhood friend of Srinivas (Srinivas Avasarala) who hails from a rich family and returns from USA. Srinivas’s father Gajapathi (Jeeva) and mother (Sana) wish to get their son married to Manimala (Madhurima), the daughter of Raja Rao (Ahuthi) who lives in another city.
But Srinivas puts a condition that he wants to test the girl and hence prefers to appear in front her in driver’s costume and asks Ranga Babu to act as owner. This results in misinterpretations and misunderstandings and runs like a big comedy of errors at Manimala’s place.
Finally who marries whom? And how the situations settle down? That forms the story on a whole.
Artists Performance:
Allari Naresh brought innumerable laughs as usual. His trade mark pun and fun made the audience stick on to seats. His dialogues are impressive just because of his delivery.
Srinivas Avasarala has shown a difference from that of ‘Asta Chemma’. He acted up to the role and perfectly suited to be along with Allari Naresh in screen presence and energy levels.
Madhurima looks good but the make up could have been better for her especially in songs. Costumes are ok.
Krishna Bhagawan’s comedy is routine but brings laughs to front benchers. Ahuthi Prasad has got a couple of worthy dialogues to make audience laugh. MS is also ok. Jaya Prakash Reddy has got wasted.
Final Analysis:
There is no big story. There is no great effort to knit the narration with great humor. It just goes like a village bus. It’s natural wit that sparks here and there in dialogues and renditions. As the title sounds ‘it’s just a time pass movie’ and no big blasts can be expected.
This time Vamsy concentrated only on lighter moments but not on something sentimental. That’s laudable to an extent. He too didn’t leave showcasing the popular Saree brand Kalamandir in a dialogue as well as in a scene to get some support with costumes.
Allari Naresh’s dialogues pulled some good attention just because of his trade mark rendition although the lines are very normal. Here are a few to recall:
Allari Naresh: ‘nenu matladetappudu nee chevulu maatrame pani cheyyali. Kaadani inkemi pani chesinaa…ninnu naa next birthday ki pilavanu”.
(when a man shows thumb as a sign to say ‘done’ in a serious scene) Allari Naresh: entamma..manchineelu kaavala…
Music is ok. Chakry seems to be the best bet to make a tailor made customized music that fits in the taste of Vamsy. The canning of songs has got the mark of Vamsy.
First half goes with average narration while the second half picks up with laughs. This is a movie that can run for some time till the big movies arrive.

Boss Engira Baskaran Tamil Movie Review | Hit Or Flop ? | Public Opinion ,Ratings
Set in the backdrop of Kumbakonam, Boss Engira Bhaskaran has Arya playing the role of a happy-go-lucky guy Bhaskaran aka Boss, with a good-for-nothing image in his social circle; Santhanam plays his only friend Nalla Thambi who runs a saloon. Nayantara plays a trainee lecturer Chandrika. Malayalam actress Shakeela, noted for her appearances in numerous soft porn movies, plays a cameo as a tutorial teacher, while Jiiva comes in the climax in a special role.
What is it about?
Bhaskaran is on the way to his exam hall to appear in his English (arrears) exam, which he has been trying to pass for the last five years! Since he is too weak in English, Bhaskaran has prepared some materials for malpractice at the exam hall and they are secretly placed all around his clothes. At the bus stop, he meets Chandrika (Nayantara) and is attracted to her charm. To get her attention, Bhaskaran strikes a conversation with her and eventually reveals that he is going for an exam with copying materials. At the exam hall, Bhaskaran is surprised to see Chandrika as an invigilator and tries to hide. But she seizes all his materials and consequently, Bhaskaran leaves without writing the exam.
Meanwhile, Bhaskaran's elder brother Saravanan, a veterinary doctor, falls in love with banker Shanmukha Sundaram's daughter Nandhini and decides to marry her with her parents' consent. He sends Bhaskaran and his mother for the 'bride seeing' ceremony at Nandhini's house. When they are about to leave, Chandrika steps in, saying she is Nandhini's younger sister. Though shocked, Bhaskaran sees this as an advantage as he will now have more opportunities within the home circle to meet and woo Chandrika. Later, Saravanan-Nandhini's marriage takes place.
After some interesting sequences, Bhaskaran proposes marriage to Chandrika but she refuses, saying her marriage would be decided by her elders. So, Bhaskaran talks with his sister-in-law Nandhini, who promises that she would encourage the alliance only if Bhaskaran gets a decent job. It becomes a big issue at Bhaskaran's house and everyone criticizes Bhaskaran for even thinking about marriage when he has neither a degree nor a job. Irked by this criticism, he leaves the house, challenging that he would earn plenty of money in six months and marry Chandrika. What happens next forms the rest of the film.
Performances
Perhaps this is the first time Arya, known for his serious and romantic roles, plays the lead role in a full-fledged comedy film. His performance as an irresponsible guy who decides to make a U turn in life, is convincing and his comedy timing and mannerisms are impressive. In fact, this proves that Arya can handle all kinds of roles with ease. After Arya, Santhanam deserves a big round of applause as he is the backbone of the show. The major plus point with Santhanam is that unlike many leading comedians who usually act in comedy tracks separate from the main plot, he plays the role within the story, contributing a more realistic feel. After a couple of debacles in Tamil, Nayantara is back with a bang and unlike her usual movies which demand nothing but skin show; Boss Engira Bhaskaran offers her ample space for performance. Nayantara does justice to the role as Chandrika, though not outstanding.
Music by Yuvanshankar Raja is spectacular as usual and his numbers, especially 'Ada Boss Boss' and 'Yaar Antha Penthan' are worth mentioning. Editing by Vivek Harshan is racy, while Sakthi Saravanan's cinematography is perfect, in keeping the mood of the film. However, the picturisation of the song 'Mama Mama' could have been better. Though Boss Engira Bhaskaran can be graded as a near perfect movie, it is not devoid of slips. Jiiva's role as a rich, young businessman Siva, who comes as Chandrika's bridegroom but later joins the lovers, is clichéd, though it is cast in a different manner. And the last sequence which shows Jiiva getting a phone call from the director himself who advises him to just stick with his cameo alone rather than messing up with some action scenes which the hero is supposed to do, might have been included with a comic sense but in reality, it looks odd and artificial in the flow of the story and thus, could have been avoided. Considering the style and the quality of narration of the earlier portions, the climax is poor! Otherwise, Boss Engira Bhaskaran rocks!

Komaram Puli Telugu Movie review | Hit Or Flop ? | Public Opinion, ratings
Pawan Kalyan has put on some weight and grabs the opportunity to play the role of a police with panache. All his songs/dances are an absolute treat especially the number 'amma thale' and 'power star'. There are quite a few inspiring monologues that he reels off without even a slightest pause but you need to concentrate to follow it, he is so swift in his delivery, he suddenly breaks into a telangana dialect. His sincerity is visible and the role suits him to the hilt but if he continues to take three long years for every film, it will be the age that becomes visible. The action scenes and body language will make his fans go into frenzy and the romance between the debutante and him is silly but entertaining. The hero whose heart triggered a conflict in Kushi while gaping at women's midriff, makes him go weak, stammer, stutter and meow like a cat in one similar scene.
Nikesha Patel oozes oomph, looks hot and attractive, she sizzles in her reasonably adequate role given to her. Manoj Bajpai impresses once again, the scenes between him and Pawan Kalyan are engaging, but the dialogue that steals your heart comes from Puli's mother Saranya while in a discussion with Nasser. About the film Komaram Puli, everything goes fine but towards the second half of the film the content flounders. It is from one villain to a non existing one and from a non existing one to three more people that the hero needs to bump off and the finale is abrupt. Leave the impossible intro and the disappointing finale and enjoy the middle, that is you will learn to enjoy the film if you identify with Puli's character and commentary than with SJ Surya's story telling technique. You walk away enjoying Pawan Kalyan's work but the film gives you a feeling that somewhere towards the end the director lost interest.

Sindhu Samaveli Movie Review | Hit Or Flop? | 2010 Tamil Movie Public Opinion
Sindhu Samaveli is about a girl’s constant battle in her mind about two men in her life . Sindhu Samaveli has a controversial story line wherein love blossoms between daughter-in-law and father-in-law. She has given her heart to one and her body to another.
Producer: Michael Rayappan
Music Director: Sundar C Babu
Anbu (Harish) is a brilliant student in a village school, somewhere in Kanyakumari area. His mother (Anupama Kumar) teaches in the same school and his dad Veerasami (Ghajini) is a CRPF soldier in Assam. His classmate is Sundari (Anakha), who is a failed student and elder to him by three years falls for him.
The performance from the lead actors, Harish, Anakha and Ghajini makes it believable. The atmosphere is surcharged as there is a constant battle in the heroine’s mind, about the two men in her life- father and the son!
Presentation is unique and fresh
Second half – The film sags a bit in the second half as it becomes melodramatic.
Samy’s mature treatment of the bold theme. It can be watched by anyone who cares for cinema of sense and substance. Strictly not for culture lovers as it deals on Yet another Illegal Relation
