Commonwealth Games 2010 medal Tally | Daily Updates | 4th Oct 2010

Australia is currently in the lead with 4 medals, including 2 silvers and 2 gold medals. Emily Jane Seebohm won a silver medal in the women’s aquatics swimming 200m individual medley event, while Alicia Coutts earned herself a gold medal in the same event. Canada is next on the list with a total of 3.

This includes one gold medal – won by Ryan Andrew Cochrane for the men’s aquatics swimming 400m freestyle – and 2 bronze medals. England and India both have 2 medals each, but neither country has managed to earn themselves a gold medal at this stage. They do however have 1 silver and 1 bronze medal each.

England’s silver came from Michael Paul Rock, for the men’s aquatics swimming 200m butterfly event. India’s silver on the other hand, came from Soniya Chanu Ngangbam for the women’s weightlifting 48kg event. You can view all the medals won so far over at results.cwgdelhi2010.org.
