The second game of the Micromax tri-series will see New Zealand take on hosts Sri Lanka at Dambulla. New Zealand had won the first game of the series against India by 200 runs, and have five points. While the Sri Lankans (4/7 at Boylesports) are a very difficult side to beat at home, a lot will depend on how the track looks like and who win the toss. There was a lot of grass which was kept on the previous game’s track, that benefitted New Zealand (13/8 at Totesport) against India. But will the home team allow this to happen for this match is a huge question. If the grass continues to remain and the Kiwis are able to bat first again, the game could go their way again given the kind of bowling that they possess.
