Jimena Navarrete Rosete (born February 22, 1988) is a Mexican beauty pageant titleholder and Miss Universe 2010. She was previously crowned Nuestra Belleza Jalisco in Guadalajara, Jalisco, on July 16, 2009, and Nuestra Belleza México on September 20, 2009, in Mérida, Yucatán.

Born and raised in Guadalajara, Navarrete studied nutrition prior to her participation in beauty pageants. After winning her state pageant, she won the title Nuestra Belleza México 2009, competing against thirty-three other contestants. She is the second consecutive winner from Jalisco, following Karla Carrillo, the outgoing titleholder

She won the title Monday night (Aug. 23) during NBC's live broadcast of the pageant in Las Vegas. Miss Jamaica Yendi Philipps was the first runner-up; Miss Australia Jesinta Campbell, Miss Ukraine Anna Poslavska and Miss Philippines Venus Raj -- who was the online favorite -- rounded out the top five.

Navarrete takes over as Miss Universe from Stefania Fernandez, who won last year's pageant representing Venezuela.

Navrrete had the second-highest score among the top 15 (behind Philipps) in the swimsuit portion of the competition and was the top scorer after the evening-gown portion.

All five finalists handled their interview question pretty well. Judge Evan Lysacek asked Navarrete about the effect of unsupervised Internet use on young people. She answered that while the Internet is an "indispensable tool," adults should be watchful about what their kids are seeing online
