According to the latest reports from Bollywood BoxOffice, The last two quarters of the year 2010 have been really disappointing for the Bollywood Industry. All the big budget movies bombed at the box office leaving behind a loss of 450 crores which is still haunting most of the financers and distributors. After the failure of two big budget and big starrer studded films i.e., Kites and Raavan, Reliance Big Pictures has bought the rights of Shah Rukh Khan starrer “Don2” from excel entertainment for a whopping amount of 125 crores and if you think 125 crores is a huge amount then you might be amazed to learns that the other film of King Khan “Ra.one” which comes from his home production was bought by Eros International for an jaw dropping amount of 175 crores. It is the huge fan following of Bollywood Superstar Shah Rukh Khan and his audience which is compelling the distributors to pay such a huge amount for the king khan’s films. Time will tell whether this 300 crores will multiply into profit or again the big budget films will get bombed at the box office like the other two predecessors.
