Miley Cyrus wasn't wearing underpants, and Perez Hilton posted a picture of it--all of it.

The Miley Cyrus uncensored "upskirt" photo was posted on Perez Hilton's Twitter account late Sunday night, but was removed by Monday morning.

"If you are easily offended, do NOT click here [posts link]. Oh, Miley! Warning: truly not for the easily offended!" Perez Hilton tweeted.  Replications of the photograph found elsewhere on the internet suggest that it's probably a fake, but Hilton could still be in hot water for posting what he thought was a naked picture of a minor.
