1. A mobile phone jammer is an instrument used to prevent Cellular phones from receiving signals from or transmitting signals to base station
2. It's range is about 800MHz to 1900MHz within a 30-foot range (9 meters)
3. So the easiest way to by-pass it by using a 3G  phones ,whose frequency ranges above 2000MHZ,which can't be detected by jammers
